Mustapha Kseibati studied Graphic Design at the London College of Printing, going on to complete a BA (Hons) in Multimedia Production at Reading College of Arts and Design. Soon after he started working at Channel U/AKA where he directed the promos, stings and various content including 21 episodes of the Channel’s flagship urban music show called The Ace and Invisible Show as well as The Tim Westwood Show.

After several years at Channel U/AKA, Mustapha wanted to diversify and so joined Partizan, working on commercials for Ford and Shell. During this time he spent a week in New York filming various artists for Universal music including Q-Tip, Terror Squad and David Banner.

Soon after he was offered an internship at MTV in Camden helping produce content for the network’s various channels. He worked in the specials department; producing, directing and editing top programmes such as Top 5 Hits, Behind the Scenes and interviews with various artists including: Mark Ronson, Scissor Sisters, KT Tunstall, Girls Aloud, Wu Tang Clan and Bon Jovi. During his time there, Mustapha also began to direct music promos for various artists including Roll Deep, Envy and Caspa Codina.

While at MTV, Mustapha was offered a job working for Vertigo Films, where he edited a feature trailer for a film entitled Waz by Tom Shankland. He also edited the 'Making of' documentary for the DVD.

In 2009 Mustapha won funding from B3 Media’s Blank Slate, part of the UK Film Council’s Digital Shorts Fund, to direct a short film he wrote and directed. Big Tingz premiered at Bristol Encounters Short Film Festival in 2009 and was screened at the London Short Film Festival in 2010 as part of the UK Film Council's Digital Generation 'Best of Shorts' selection. It has also been selected as one of ten shorts showcased on the UK Film Council's 2009 'Life is Short' talent DVD.

Mustapha recently finished Skateboards and Spandex; a new UK Film Council/ B3 Media digital short.  Currently, Mustapha is developing his debut feature film and was selected for Guiding Lights 2011.
